When do you bill?
Based on the plan you have selected we will either bill you monthly or quarterly. For a monthly account, we will bill you at the end of the second month following your 1st free month. For quarterly accounts, we bill you for 2 out of the first 3 months at the end of the first quarter and then quarterly from then on.
If I don’t like Lightscope, how do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time and we simply delete the instance and your data at the end of the current payment period (monthly, quarterly or yearly).
What guarantees do you provide?
In addition to our 99.9% uptime guarantee, you also get our 90 day refund guarantee – if after the first 90 days you are not getting value from the application, we will refund all the money you have paid up to that point.
